Safety Data Sheet

Marine Cleaning CGII Site Operating Procedures

  • Tend to Corporate (or personal) Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
  • Safely load the boat on a trailer with the engine in the locked upright position.
  • Remove barnacles or solids accumulation from the boat’s hull and stern.
  • Ideally, wait until the ambient temperature is warm (11:00 AM to 1:00 PM) to allow natural heat to warm the surface areas of the boat. This will excite the stain molecules and assist in their removal.
  • Like washing a car, slipstream CleanGo Industrial (DIN #02509180) into the pressure wash and pressure wash stains from the hull, stern, and engine. CleanGo Industrial is non-toxic and can be discharged directly into the water (or on the ground) without environmental concern.
  • Allow the chemical to sit for 5-10 minutes to emulsify and break up the residual grime. Timing should be optimized based on site-specific observations.
  • Stubborn stains may require working with a Scotch Brite sponge, a pole-connected scrub brush, or an equivalent agitator deemed acceptable to the cleaning surface.
  • Using a handheld sprayer, clean and detail the marine vinyl, helm, cabin, bimini, bow, walkways, cabin, and water toys with CleanGo Fabric and Carpet. Depending on ship application, the operator may wish to slipstream the CleanGo Fabric and Carpet directly into a pressure washer to accelerate surface area cleaning. However, we are not liable for any damages the pressure may cause.
  • Rinse the chemical from the boat with fresh water.
  • Confirm all surfaces are dry.
  • Return the boat to service.
